Out-of-Network Insurances and Self-Pay Options

If you are out-of-network or planning to pay out of pocket for your visit, a superbill can be provided after your appointment. There is no guarantee that a superbill will be reimbursed  by your insurance company. 

Rates for Self-Pay:
  • Initial Home Visit: $200
  • Follow Up Home Visit: $150
  • Virtual Consult: $100 - please note that not some situations are not eligible for virtual consults. Your needs will be determined before scheduling.
